Blender theme and startup file

This is my own personal blender theme and startup file I use to do all my work.

This is made for a widescreen monitor and features 2 scenes one for the main work and the other for blocking everything so i can use it in the main scene as a collection and tidy my workspace.

The blender theme is a duplicate of the default one but with blender orange and edit highlights in green like the tools panels shows
